Lately, the Law Enforcement Division under Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office launched “Convoy”special law enforcement inspection over Wenzhou Yibai Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Times Square Shopping Center Co., Ltd. together with Wenzhou Municipal Intellectual Property Office and the Science and Technology Bureau of Ouhai District. 

The joint inspection is part of the “Convoy”special action of Zhejiang Province in 2012. The inspection group particularly check such commodities as clothes and electronic commodities. They also selectively inspected the IPR certificate and invoice regime and standing books of the two companies. [Chinese version is available on SIPO.gov.cn]
